Shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia and internationally to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Singapore using reputable carriers, including Australia Post.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays that occur once an order has been dispatched.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed at checkout and must be paid by the recipient where required.
