This website is operated by Prepped Parent. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Prepped Parent.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Sale (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve:

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks[AC1] .

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our products are curated boxes and printed collateral designed to support parents in creating memorable family traditions and managing recurring childhood events.

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour or texture will be accurate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or change descriptions or pricing at any time without notice.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST[AC2] , unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Your order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within Australia using reputable carriers including Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout[AC3] but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delivery delays once an item has been dispatched.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout and form part of your order total.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise not fit for purpose.

To request a return or refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@preppedparent.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. You must provide photographic evidence of the item/s upon their arrival, including all packaging and postage items. All costs associated with shipping items to be returned are at the customer’s expense. Please note that only the cost of the product will be considered eligible for refund.

Prepped Parent reserves the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet the requirements.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind,
Accidental damage or misuse after delivery,
Minor variations in print, colour, or packaging.

Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days once the item has been received and assessed.

SECTION 7 – PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND SALES

All promotions and discounts are time-limited and subject to availability.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout prior to payment and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers,
Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash,
Free shipping minimums apply after discounts are applied.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

SECTION 8 – PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order purchases will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together. If you need in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.

SECTION 9 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive to ensure that all information on our site, including product descriptions and pricing, is accurate and current. However, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or amend orders if information is incorrect, even after an order has been placed.

Our products are intended for personal use only. You may not resell, repackage, or modify our products for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Except as required under Australian Consumer Law, Prepped Parent will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our products or website.

Our products are designed for adult use and under supervision. We accept no responsibility for misuse or unsupervised use by children.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prepped Parent, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use our site.

If, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply with any term or provision, we may terminate this agreement and deny you access without notice.
